What Does It Take?

I will be devoting this blog to horse racing. Some simple observations are in line. I have a theory that the three most important keys to horse racing are:

1. Knowledge......

2. Money Management......

3. Discipline.....

Number (1) can be acquired. Number (2) can be learned, but Number ("3") must be BELIVIED. Discipline at the races is a necessary skill that will keep you out of trouble. Discipline means more money in your pocket. Discipline means not being an action junky, "Disciplined horse players don't play every race." They stick to their money management plan. They use their knowledge to find the betting situation that matches up with there bank roll. They use discipline to apply numbers 1 & 2.

I will go into some basic race knowledge next time.
